Hi! I’m Adriela, a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Registered Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist based in Auckland, New Zealand. I’m passionate about revealing root causes and finding sustainable solutions to help you become the Future You you dream of.

    1. Discovery Chat

    Find out if our programs can help you with your specific health challenges.

    2. Initial Consult

    During this first appointment, we will dive deep into your health history and current concerns. From here, we will decide if testing is required and complete these before the next meeting.

    3. Review of Tests

    During this appointment, I will take you through the results of any testing completed. From these results, a personalised plan will be created for you.
